They're a texture party – fluffy bread meeting curried chickpeas in a messy, delicious embrace. Now, the bussup shot? It's this flaky roti that practically begs you to use it as a curry shovel. Honestly, I left with a serious Caribbean food high. No exaggeration, just pure, honest goodness.”

“The first time I visited, it was with a friend and we our initial intention was to simply grab a take out menu. As soon as we entered, the chef & owner welcomed us warmly and had us try pretty much everything they had on offer. It was the fastest I've ever gone from "i'm not hungry" to "I'll take two of each." We left with a bunch of take-out each and regretted nothing. Their stewed chicken & doubles are my favorites. Do yourself a favor and try the oxtail. I cannot recommend Trini's enough.”
