Paratha/Buss-Up Shot Roti

This is our traditional wedding roti. It's a plain buttery flaky rolled similar to a crescent roll, flattened rolled out and cooked on a flat top griddle.

Oxtail Mac Patty Sandwich

Coco bread with a beef patty in the middle, then oxtail and mac n cheese inside the patty, perfectly sliced down the middle, and then topped with oxtail gravy to soak in the flavor
